A Bit About The Bat...ding bat, that is. I wasn't always a ding bat. I like to think of this characteristic as an acquired trait. Acquired through eight years of pregnancy and seven consecutive demon spawn. I used to be a competent thinker, a go getter and a perfectionist. As I teeter on the ripe old age of thirty, (and the edge of insanity,) I find myself more of an incompetent stinker, a task dreader and a lover of mediocrity. Funny what children can do to the mind, body and soul. I do, however, have two things that allow for the retention of my last shred of sanity: my blogs and my fingers. I rely on them daily, whenever I feel my eye twitch coming on. Writing seems to keep the crazy from increasing. Besides, with seven kids, who has the time to go to a doctor? No need to worry about me though. As long as the computer is running and my fingers don't fall off, I'll be just fine!
